No, I'm just kidding. But only barely.
First, a definition: A "biosphere" is a sphere (not necessarily literally spherical in shape, just... an enclosed area or region) in which there is biota, or living organisms. In humans' reach, Earth is our Biosphere.
In 1987, some people decided they would create another, smaller biosphere on earth, and they called it Biosphere 2. It's just outside Tucson.
